Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding Vaseba’s footprint through targeted recruitment and business development strategies. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business strategies.
Identify potential markets for immigration and education services through surveys and research.
Develop and lead promotional events, information sessions, and community engagement programs.
Direct the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s website, intranet, and social media presence.
Produce and oversee educational materials, brochures, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Build and manage distribution networks for recruitment and partnerships.
Evaluate and implement communication and advertising strategies to attract clients and partners.
Supervise, hire, and mentor a team of 5–10 marketing and sales staff.
Plan and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective promotional activities.
Act as spokesperson and representative of the firm in professional and community networks.
Advise clients and business partners on promotional strategies to maximize outreach.
Coordinate publicity events, open houses, and career fairs.
Drive sales growth and develop business contacts with employers, educational institutions, and local communities.

Education: College diploma or equivalent (1–2 years program minimum).
Experience: 2–3 years in marketing, sales, or business development.
Industry requirement: Candidate must have worked in the immigration industry or a closely related field
Knowledge requirement: Candidate must have extensive knowledge of the Canadian immigration system, programs, and processes
Area of specialization: Advertising, recruitment, and promotional strategy.
Skills and Personal Suitability
Excellent written and oral communication.
Efficient interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Must own a vehicle for travel within BC as required.
