Job Duties: 
1.Direct the marketing operation, track changes in client needs, and monitor competition.
2.Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
3.Develop new uses and client group for existing products and services by analyzing statistics regarding market development, and consulting with internal and external sources.
4.Evaluate and determine appropriate communication vehicles and mix strategies to support integrated campaign objectives and performance targets.
5.Establish goals and critical metrics to measure the marketing outcome, direct the collaboration with the design and technology team in delivering the optimal marketing solutions for our clients.
6.Prepare annual marketing budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
7.Maintain relations with external partners, determine company presence at industry events, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
8.Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

1.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing is required.
2.Three years of experience in marketing or a similar role is required.
3.Proven experience managing and executing B2B marketing plans and campaigns.
4.Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
5.Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines, with flexibility and deep business minding.
6.Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive, productive, and cooperative relationships at all levels of internal and external personnel.
7.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
