Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30-40 Hrs/Week
1. Lead comprehensive marketing research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
2. Establish and oversee strategic distribution channels for Genuity’s POS terminals, virtual payment solutions, and financing services, ensuring alignment with market demands and partner capabilities.
3. Design, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
4. Present regular marketing performance updates to senior leadership and make strategic adjustments as needed.
5. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand Genuity’s reach, co-market solutions, and deliver bundled offerings to clients.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to support new product development, such as merchant dashboards, ensuring features address evolving client and industry needs.

Job Requirements:
1. A university degree is necessary, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in the payment industry, fintech, or merchant services is highly preferred.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
4. Strong expertise in brand management and market positioning within a competitive landscape.
5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
