Position Title: Marketing Manager
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
Positions Available: 1
Wage: $53.85 - $55.85 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay & 50% employee discount for the meals at PhoHoa

Responsibility:
● Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that showcase the unique flavors and experiences Pho Hoa has to offer;
● Leverage your expertise to enhance our online presence;
● Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and drive customer interaction;
● Work closely with our culinary teams to align marketing strategies with our menu offerings, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavor and promotion;
● Initiate and oversee initiatives that connect Pho Hoa with the local community;
● Collaborate with teams to organize events that promote our restaurant;
● Drive the planning and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualification:
● Completion of a university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, or related field is required.
● At least 2 years of experience as marketing expertise OR demonstrated success as a Marketing Manager in the restaurant or culinary industry is required;
● Ability to understand the local community and tailor marketing strategies;
● Genuine passion for the culinary world;
● Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
