Job Description:
Oversee all sales activities by the sales team and instruct changes to be made based on performance
Design and recommend sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategies
Establish, maintain and expand H.E.A.T Academy. customer base Collect customer feedback and market research for H.E.A.T Academy
Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques increase customer satisfaction
Monitor competition, industry trends, and economic indicators Plan advertising services that are in keeping with the brand of the company and can increase name recognition
Set sales goals with executive leaders and develop a strategic sales plan to meet sales quotas
Present sales report to the higher management, and provide them with immediate sales forecasts
Identify hiring needs of H.E.A.T Academy, plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff

Job Requirements:
5 years experience in sales aspect
2 years experience in management position
A bachelor degree is required
Organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Ability to use sound judgment to balance short term and long term objectives
Ability to work independently and possess a high level of self- motivation
