Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market research data to inform strategic business decisions
- Assist in the development of new products and services
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify target markets
- Create effective communication strategies for promoting products or services
- Oversee the development and upkeep of organizational websites
- Lead marketing initiatives and strategies
- Guide team members in conducting essential research and gathering information
- Establish distribution channels for products and services
- Assess and enhance the organization's online presence
- Evaluate and optimize marketing tactics used by the organization
- Plan, oversee, and assess advertising campaigns to drive sales
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenses
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to team members
- Source and design promotional materials
- Assist in the creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Coordinate special events and promotions to boost brand visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets
- Manage digital databases effectively

Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Completed related training and courses
- At least 5 years related marketing management experience is required
