Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for company’s operations. The Marketing Manager plans, develop, and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. They oversee marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional advertising, analyze market trends, coordinate with sales and creative teams, and monitor campaign performance to achieve organizational goals.

Duties
• Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings,
assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to promote products or services.
• Manage multi-channel marketing including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, trade publications and events.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, proposals, website content, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, media representatives and business partners.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for senior management regarding marketing performance and business growth strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience is required.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
