We are seeking a professional Marketing Manager to lead in the analysis, planning, and marketing of the business to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.
Job Duties:
1.Create and execute strategic marketing plans that expand our customer base and extend the company's market reach across various platforms and channels.
2.Provide creative direction on campaigns, marketing materials, promotion tools, ads, etc., and review and communicate campaign messaging and strategy regularly with the product managers for key initiatives.
3.Manage our company’s digital marketing activities on platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and manage the cooperative relationship with media agency partners.
4.Direct market research and develop marketing mix recommendations into the planning process based on best practices & campaign analytics.
5.Develop and implement detailed distribution plans and recommend marketing policies regarding program-specific requirements.
6.Develop and administer the annual budget for the marketing activities, and ensure that spending is allocated effectively.
7.Set up and monitor marketing metrics for both online and offline marketing actions, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
8.Collaborate with other departments such as sales, customer service, product development and the senior management to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions on strategy improvement.
9.Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective marketing tactics to meet the department objectives.

1.Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, corporate sales, with a proven track record of success.
2.Strong knowledge of the entire marketing process, from planning to executing.
3.Proven ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate it into successful campaigns.
4.Experience with both online and offline marketing channel management.
5.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Education:
College diploma in marketing, business, sales or related fields.
