Marketing Manager Job

Ye’s Sushi is an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant in Kitchener. We strive to provide our customers with an elegant and comfortable dining environment. Our menu provides over a hundred carefully selected dishes.

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to develop the strategic marketing plan and execute high-performance campaigns.

Employment term: Full-time and permanent

Compensation: $60.25 to 64.25 per hour
Benefit: Ten days of paid vacation per year

Education: College diploma
Work experience: Five years or more of experience as a Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Work with the managerial members of our restaurant to develop marketing strategies and implement marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Study past and current business documents to direct long-term and short-term marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and analyze findings to advise and improve branding and marketing strategies and minimize business risk.
• Recommend appropriate distribution channels to maximize visibility and align with our brand positioning.
• Develop and manage our brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, channels and activities.
• Choose the right indicators to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
• Attend meetings with managerial members to discuss marketing budgets and report marketing progress and return on investment.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to reduce waste.
• Interview potential candidates for new marketing employees, train new employees and assign responsibilities.
