Job Responsibilities
-Plan, develop and implement effective communication and marketing plans;draft strategies and policies to ensure alignment on our communication and marketing guidelines.
-Create and execute events in support of our strategic vision and objectives;determine the appropriate communication channel and distribution of messages.
-Design effective and visually appealing communication materials and digital assets, including physical and digital signage, brochures, reports, newsletters, presentations, promotional materials and event-specific materials, etc.
-Generate campaigns, public relations and marketing activities designated at raising our profile.
-Use proven SEO techniques to enhance and improve our website content to support sales growth.
-Write,edit, and produce marketing content for our website, social media, video, and other promotion media, etc.
-Develop, analyze, and share communication and marketing metrics with our team;guide the development of campaigns and media placement opportunities.
-Analyse and report on the results and effectiveness of all lead generation activities; provide ongoing updates of the effectiveness of the campaigns;oversee the marketing budget.
-Cultivate strong relationships with staff and help maintain our reputation through professionalism and positive contributions.

Education:
A minimum of a college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing is required..

Experience:
-A minimum of three years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation is required.

Skills:
-Ability to plan and implement a broad range of digital and non-digital communication and marketing projects and to effectively deliver results.
-Capacity for creativity and innovation; ability to exercise initiative, resourcefulness and judgement.
-Ability to provide sound communications advice and recommendations to colleagues based on best practices.
-Proven experience of supervising staff and providing direction to those assisting with communications projects.
-Ability to write, produce and align content with marketing and recruitment activities, campaigns and initiatives across all platforms.
-Fluent in social media and online marketing techniques, including lead generation, email marketing campaigns and SEO.
-Excellent customer service skills and client relationship building skills.
-Excellent problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
-Excellent negotiation, persuasion and organizational skills.
