Marketing Manager - (Growth Experience) Job

You are the CEO's direct strategic partner for growth. Your mission: to aggressively and profitably scale Bravestars' game portfolio — finding the right games to invest in, spending the right money in the right places, and stopping what isn't working. You operate the entire company's Growth engine (UA, Media, Playable Ads, Content, Monetization, Data) and work with Product to build a new game engine — where market data dictates what games to make, and marketing determines which games deserve to be scaled. Every major decision in this position must be data-driven.
