JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Marketing Manager at MCO Industrial Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
• Plan, direct, and evaluate marketing strategies for residential and commercial property services
• Establish distribution and marketing networks for tenant placement, renovation, and property care offerings
• Direct and evaluate marketing departments and staff activities
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Oversee development of promotional materials, advertising, and communication strategies
• Collaborate with operational teams to align service offerings with market demand
• Initiate and manage marketing projects, including digital campaigns and community outreach

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required
• Three to five years of experience as a marketing professional or in a related occupation are required
