The Marketing Manager will:

• Direct and evaluate the marketing strategies that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
• Plan, direct and evaluate marketing campaigns and implementation
• Initiate market research studies and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Employment requirement:

• College Diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing
• 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• English is a must
• Mandarin is an asset
