Duties and Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans to strengthen IMPACT Health’s brand presence across Alberta.
-Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, community outreach) to promote services and clinics.
-Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
-Manage and monitor advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
-Collaborate with clinic managers and healthcare professionals to align marketing strategies with patient needs and organizational goals.
-Oversee the creation of marketing content including promotional materials and patient education resources.
-Strengthen online presence by optimizing website content, SEO, and digital advertising initiatives.
-Build partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and referral networks to enhance brand visibility.
-Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, patient engagement, and brand impact.

Qualifications
-A college diploma or above in business administrative, marketing or above
-At least 3 years of related experience
-Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments is preffered.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis is an asset.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
