6.Direct and evaluate marketing strategies, aligning them with organizational goals and
market trends to ensure effective promotion.
7.Set clear and measurable marketing objectives to guide overall efforts in line with the
company's long-term vision.
8.Regularly assess marketing performance using KPI and make data-driven adjustments
for effectiveness.
9.Stay informed about market dynamics, adapting strategies to maintain
competitiveness in a dynamic business environment.
10.Oversee marketing teams, fostering collaboration and coordination, and promoting a
culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
