Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Manage content marketing efforts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital tools.
Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of branding, market research, and customer segmentation.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Experience in email marketing, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
Understanding of UI/UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
