Job Description:
We’re looking for a versatile and creative Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting and enjoys shaping how a brand is seen, shared, and experienced—online and offline.
You’ll be responsible for designing a wide variety of materials—from digital and social content to print collateral, signage, and branded templates. You’ll also assist with project management across marketing campaigns, brand rollouts, and internal initiatives. Candidates with experience in industries related to real estate, property, or professional services will have a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do:
-Design high-impact materials across digital, print, and environmental media—social graphics, flyers, invites, presentations, signage, branded headshots, and more.
-Maintain and evolve visual identity standards across all company materials and templates.
-Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions.
-Assist with marketing and branding projects, including social media posting, website updates, and campaign coordination.
-Support consistent application of brand elements across assets such as email signatures, business cards, and internal documents.
-Contribute ideas and creative direction in team brainstorming and content planning sessions.
-Keep up with design trends and tools to bring fresh perspective and polish to your work.
