Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assess the marketing needs of the company and its products to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services across various platforms.
• Plan, execute, and track the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure objectives are met.
• Review product offerings and proactively engage with customers to introduce new products and create awareness.
• Advise customers on product features, promotions, and special offers to drive sales.
• Plan and implement communication strategies to effectively inform customers and employees about key updates and initiatives.
• Create and distribute engaging marketing content through electronic channels such as email, phone messages, and social media platforms.
• Manage and execute online marketing campaigns, E-commerce promotions, and website initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and content for print and social media.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through phone, email, or in person, offering information on products and promotions.
• Coordinate activities and promotions related to sales, marketing, customer service, and special events to enhance customer engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to identify preferences and trends, preparing and presenting detailed reports to senior management.
• Oversee and maintain the company’s website and mobile app, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date.
• Plan, organize, and execute workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events aimed at boosting publicity, fundraising, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate customer service performance and assess the store environment to ensure alignment with company standards.
Salary: $20/hr

Qualifications:
• Completion of post secondary in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an international or trade-related industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
