With the recent expansion of our renovation services and anticipated business growth, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support and strengthen our brand and outreach efforts. This role will be independently responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Aekao Home’s marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified customer leads, and drive overall business growth.
Detailed Job Duties
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
• Assess products and services and local markets to determine marketing needs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Plan monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Support the promotion of AekaoHome’s “30-Day Kitchen Transformation” brand message.
Content Creation & Brand Promotion
• Create marketing materials including brochures, website content, social media posts, promotional videos.
• Produce content that highlights craftsmanship, innovations, customer testimonials, and before-and-after transformations.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all media.
Digital Marketing
• Manage social media platforms (Red, Wechat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Maintain website updates, blogs, and product highlights.
• Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), track performance, and optimize ROI.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, customer leads, and engagement metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports for management.
Event & Partnership Coordination
• Organize and participate in promotional events, home-improvement expos, community showcases, and showroom activities.
• Develop relationships with industry partners such as designers, realtors, builders, and home décor influencers.
• Coordinate photography and videography for project showcases.
Sales & Administrative Support
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets.
• Maintain files, media libraries, and marketing assets.
Employment Requirements
• Minimum a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently — able to plan, create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns without constant supervision.
• Demonstrated track record of successful marketing projects with measurable outcomes
• Experience in home renovation, interior design, real estate, or cabinetry industries is an asset.
• Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, SEO tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects independently.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Photography, videography, or graphic-design skills are an advantage.
