Marketing Coordinator Job

With our client list growing so rapidly, Autobahn Auto Salon is getting busier and currently looking for a professional Marketing Coordinator with extensive previous experience in Marketing and Sales closely working with existing clients and expanding client audience by demonstrating their people skills. The ideal candidate would be a success-driven individual with a strong client orientation and advanced sales skills. Autobahn Auto Salon offers a friendly environment and support within the team, but expects our potential team member to be completely dedicated and stress resistant in this capacity. This vacancy embraces, but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis on offered products and services; establish advertising needs for successful business growth and development
· Propose, implement, develop and evaluate advertising and sales promotion strategies through different B2B and B2C channels, i.e. marketing activities with other dealerships and detailing companies
· Deliver advertising campaigns
· Plan, coordinate and deliver special events such as trade shows and showroom conferences
· Conduct and analyze customer satisfaction surveys;
· Create portfolio for client accounts

· College diploma or university degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations / Business Management
· 3+ years of experience in a capacity involving similar duties
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with broad understanding of customers’ inquiries and expectations
· Efficient time and stress management skills with a strong acumen to resolve arising and existing conflicts
· Prior experience working with similar products and possession of driver’s license would be considered as assets

WORK CONDITIONS
· Hourly rate of $36.06 per hour based on 30-40 hours of work per week (applicable overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week)
· This position is based on permanent, full-time employment
· All relevant travel expenses will be covered by the employer
· Head office: 1681 Langstaff Rd, Unit 10, Vaughan, ON L4K 5T3
· Workplace would include different sites around GTA area for client meetings and presentations
