Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's marketing initiatives, regulatory compliance, digital communications, and operational marketing activities. This role works closely with advisors, compliance, operations, and external vendors to execute marketing strategies while ensuring all marketing materials and communications comply with iA Private Wealth policies and applicable financial industry regulations.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the firm's digital presence, coordinating client events, supporting marketing campaigns, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Communications
-Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
-Manage and maintain the firm's website, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and social media platforms.
-Create marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, website content, client communications, and promotional materials.
-Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports using key performance indicators including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and digital engagement metrics.
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback surveys to identify marketing opportunities and improve client engagement.
Compliance & Financial Marketing:
-Coordinate with the iA Private Wealth Compliance Department to ensure all marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, websites, email communications, and client-facing materials comply with corporate policies and financial industry regulations.
-Maintain marketing compliance records, approval logs, document version control, and audit-ready documentation.
-Coordinate internal reviews with compliance, advisor, and management prior to publication of marketing materials.
-Ensure proper storage and organization of approved marketing materials and digital assets.
Marketing Operations & Administration
-Coordinate client appreciation events, educational seminars, webinars, community events, and marketing initiatives.
-Assist with vendor management, including contracts, service agreements, NDAs, invoices, purchase orders, and marketing budgets.
-Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation.
-Coordinate printing, promotional materials, branded merchandise, and inventory management.
-Support recruitment activities for marketing-related positions by coordinating interview schedules, onboarding materials, and system access where required.
-Utilize internal financial industry platforms including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AX360, and Wealthlink to support marketing operations, client communications, and workflow coordination.
Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administrative coordination, or a related role.
-Experience working in the financial services industry or another regulated industry is considered a strong asset.
-Completion of, or active enrollment in, the Investment and Insurance Compliance for Registered Employees (ICRE) course is considered a strong asset.
-Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and financial industry software is preferred.is preferred.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, website management, and content creation.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a compliance-driven environment.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience coordinating marketing activities within the wealth management, investment, insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
-Knowledge of financial marketing compliance and advertising approval processes.
-Experience working with multiple integrated financial technology platforms.
