Marketing Coordinator – Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $36.60 – $38.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing, tenant engagement, and storytelling initiatives across our company and property portfolio. This is a permanent position based in Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
1. Act as the organization’s spokesperson across various platforms, including social media and Google Business
2. Advise on advertising, sales promotion strategies, and marketing approaches
3. Respond to inquiries and assist with written and oral communications
4. Prepare and edit marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and website content
5. Conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative marketing research
6. Manage online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions
7. Organize and coordinate publicity events, workshops, and fundraising activities
8. Develop, implement, and evaluate communication and marketing strategies
9. Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials
10. Maintain digital databases and manage rental listing sites
11. Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring smooth operations
12. Perform administrative tasks and prepare educational and informational programs
Qualifications
Required:
• A university degree or college diploma in marketing, digital marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of general marketing experience, including at least one year of industry-specific experience in property management and/or leasing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Assets:
• Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Doorloop, RentSync, Later, Matterport, and Honeycomb.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and tenant engagement programs.
• A marketing or event portfolio showcasing relevant work.
