Job Description:
Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract international students and families to Canadian educational institutions, including language schools, pre-schools, elementary schools, high schools, and post-secondary institutions.
- Conduct market research on international education trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings to inform targeted outreach and promotional activities.
- Create culturally relevant marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, newsletters, and website content tailored to the needs and expectations of clients.
- Manage social media and digital campaigns aimed at engaging audiences through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LINE, and optimize engagement based on analytics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partner agencies and institutions in Japan and Canada, including education consultants, schools, and alumni networks.
- Coordinate and host online and in-person seminars, webinars, and info sessions specifically tailored to international students and parents, covering topics such as study options and life in Canada.
- Respond to inquiries and connect clients with student advisers for consultation support, ensuring clarity on program options, application processes, and cultural adjustments.
- Collaborate with Canadian schools and service providers to develop promotional partnerships and ensure services meet the expectations of clients.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and client feedback, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international education fairs, trade shows, and partner meetings, promoting programs and strengthening business ties.

Full-Time, 2-year contract
Wage: $35 per hour
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
Extended medical (dental, disability, health care plan, paramedical and vision) and group insurance and life insurance, Employee pays 50%
40 hours per week

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Marketing, Public Relations or
Communications.
- Previous experience as a Communication Specialist with a strong background in advertising, marketing, and public relations.
- Previous experience in international student recruitment or agency industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with the operations and structure of Japanese international student agencies is an asset.
