Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess restaurant services and develop strategies for advertisement and promotion
• Coordinate implementation of promotional campaigns through various online and social media platforms
• Develop creative social media contents and marketing materials to increase brand value
• Create product training resources and provide training to staff on promotion strategies
• Gather and maintain marketing tools, including graphics, videos, and written contents
• Monitor and engage in online activities and respond to customer inquiries
• Evaluate promotion strategies and provide feedback
• Prepare reports on performance and determine future marketing needs
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2~3 years’ experience
• Completion of college
• Proficient in all social media and website customization platforms
• Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Teamwork skills to work collaboratively with internal and external parties
• Organization and planning skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly and proficiently to new information
