Terroni was born on December 4th, 1992. From a few specialty items from Italy, four barstools, a Gaggia coffee machine and some panini made to order, we’ve come a long way. At the mark of our 30th anniversary, we look back at those first days and we take in the incredible growth we have experienced with immense gratitude.
Our philosophy of doing business, core values and commitment to providing the best in food and customer service along with a generous helping of Italian culture has proven itself with the test of time. Our organization has grown over the years into a multi-faceted operation encompassing restaurants, bakeries and retail.
Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we are currently looking to hire a hard-working and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review Terroni’s menus, seasonal products, wine offerings, and catering services to identify marketing and promotional needs.
• Recommend marketing and promotional opportunities to highlight Terroni’s Italian heritage, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
• Create and execute digital and social media campaigns, including content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and newsletters, tailored to Terroni’s brand.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports on engagement, reach, and customer conversion.
• Supervise Terroni’s social media presence, respond to customer reviews, and oversee online reputation.
• Draft press releases, promotional materials, and website content to support announcements of menu launches, community events, and new initiatives.
• Coordinate in-house promotional events such as wine and food tastings, chef demonstrations, and others.
• Act as a point of contact for media and community inquiries, arranging interviews and ensuring accurate information is shared.
Requirements:
• A university degree or college diploma in business, marketing, public relations, or communications
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Compensation and Conditions:
• $36.50 per hour for a 30-hour work week (overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week, if applicable)
• Extended health and dental benefits
• Permanent, full-time position
