Marketing Coordinator Job

The Healthy Way Medical Diagnostic Centre is a full-service non-invasive cardiology centre focused on prevention of cardiovascular illnesses, accurate diagnosis of cardiovascular risk. Our professional staff provide our clients on site consultation. Our fully equipped cardiac testing facility provides our clients with a complete non-invasive on-site cardiac investigation.

Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we are currently looking to hire a hard-working and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote cardiology services and raise awareness of heart health.
• Manage digital content across social media, email, and the clinic’s website.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and referral opportunities.
• Develop and maintain communications with referring physicians and healthcare partners as part of outreach and referral marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Create patient-focused materials, including brochures and newsletters.
• Support community outreach and health awareness events.
• Update website content and manage online reviews.
• Coordinate with external vendors to produce marketing collateral aligned with campaign strategies.
• Align marketing efforts with clinic goals and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the English language – both written and oral
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Compensation and Conditions:

• $36.50 per hour for a 30-hour work week (overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week, if applicable)
• Permanent, full-time position
• Location of work: 1120 Finch Avenue West, Suite 105, Toronto, ON M3J 3H7
