Marketing Coordinator Job

Assess the marketing and advertising needs of MUT-Atlantic International Consulting Inc.'s services to identify the essential promotional strategies;
Provide efforts on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities and tactics;
Formulate strategies and create content for direct and digital marketing campaigns, then execute them;
Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate and report on marketing and advertising metrics. Manage the company's social media presence, including platforms like WeChat, Website, Xiao hongshu, and others;
Prepare or oversee the creation of reports, presentations, websites, and press releases；
Organize and develop workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events and programs；
Contribute to the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials；
Support supervisor with day-to-day brand management of select projects and on-going support as required.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree marketing, commerce, communication, or a related field is required
Experience: one year of experience in a coordinator capacity within advertising, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in social media is advantageous.

Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Detail oriented and the ability to work efficiently independently with little to no supervision
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
