Job Description:
Thadu Consulting Corporation is looking for an experienced full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and development of its ecotourism activities. NOTE THAT THIS JOB IS LOCATED AT TELEGRAPH CREEK, BC.

Terms of Employment:
• Full-Time Permanent Position
• $36.60/hour for 30 hours per week, 4% vacation pay

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s ecotourism services and Indigenous relations initiatives
• Produce and capture photo and video content in outdoor and wilderness environments to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
• Edit and prepare digital content for publication, ensuring timely posting across social media, website and video platforms
• Manage and monitor the company’s social media channels, engage with audiences, track feedback and maintain online community presence
• Analyze the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns and prepare summaries or reports for management
• Assist leadership in identifying marketing opportunities and recommending promotional approaches for various target audiences
• Maintain and update website content, visuals and service descriptions to ensure accurate and consistent branding
• Draft and prepare written communications, such as email campaigns, announcements, presentations, newsletters, promotional materials and briefing notes
• Support public relations initiatives, including outreach to clients, partners, community groups and media contacts
• Coordinate logistics for marketing-related workshops, field events, and client activities, including travel arrangements, registrations and document preparation
• Conduct basic market research to understand audience interests and support campaign planning
• Collaborate with management on content development, messaging, and overall communication strategy
• Work with external contractors when required, reviewing deliverables to ensure consistency with company standards
• Train or guide team members on social media best practices, content workflow and digital tools as needed
• Organize and maintain media libraries, digital files and marketing documentation for internal use
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or digital content management
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written and reading) to support client communication, public outreach and internal coordination
• Experience producing digital content, including photo and video assets, to support online marketing and promotional activities
• Ability to capture content in outdoor or remote environments when required and follow safe working practices during field assignments.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as social media publishing platforms, website content management systems, and video editing software
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate contractors and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s licence is an asset
