Job duties:

C&Y PMP Construction is seeking a results-driven and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Summerside, PEI. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing and promotional strategies with a focus on digital platforms to support the company’s business development and brand presence in the local construction and residential development market.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies based on the company’s services, business goals, and local market conditions.
• Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, including company website, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile), and email marketing.
• Maintain and regularly update the company website with project information, service descriptions, photos, and client testimonials.
• Manage online presence and reputation, including responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on social media and online platforms.
• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, project profiles, and company presentations for use in client meetings, community events, and advertising.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign summaries, and basic performance analysis for management review.
• Plan and coordinate local promotional activities and events, such as open houses for residential projects, community sponsorships, and on-site project promotions.
• Conduct market research on local housing trends, competitors, and customer needs to support business planning and future project positioning.
• Organize and maintain a portfolio of past and current projects, including photos, videos, and case descriptions for marketing and sales use.
• Support online advertising and promotions, including Google Ads, social media ads, and listing platforms related to real estate or construction services.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with local real estate agents, suppliers, community organizations, and media outlets to increase company visibility.
• Act as a communication liaison for marketing purposes, handling basic inquiries from clients, partners, and the public, and directing leads to the appropriate internal staff.

Employment Requirements
• Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing or communications experience.
• Experience in construction, renovation, real estate, property management, or landscaping will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing research techniques.
• Proficiency in marketing software and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
