Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess products and services and develop advertising and promotional strategies
• Coordinate implementation of promotional campaigns across various marketing channels
• Create product training resources and provide training to staff on promotion strategies and product knowledge
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor product launches
• Develop sales and marketing materials, including product displays, to enhance brand awareness and differentiate products
• Evaluate promotional campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing initiatives
• Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve sales performance
Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience
• College diploma in relevant program or equivalent experience
• Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
• Organization and planning skills
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly and proficiently to new information
• Teamwork skills to work collaboratively with internal and external parties
