Job Description:
We are seeking for a dynamic and smart Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate shall be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, plan and conduct seminar and conferences, create and implement effective strategies to forge new alliances for the company and help increase the market share for the company. The main duties of this position include but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the company’s immigration and education services in both local and international markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences to expand client outreach.
• Design, create, and update marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and presentation materials.
• Manage the company’s digital and social media platforms and the corporate website to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with media outlets, community organizations, and local businesses to enhance public awareness and strengthen the company’s reputation.
• Write and publish marketing content, including articles, promotional stories, and client success cases, to promote company services and communicate updates on immigration policies.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, prepare analytical reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and increase overall market share.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as required by the management.

Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A university degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of related experience in marketing, business development, or market expansion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of both print and social media marketing.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an asset.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Good understanding of Canadian immigration policies is an asset.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as WeChat, Little Red Book is required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events.
