We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor marketing and promotional activities that strengthen our brand presence and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate our vehicle inventory and services to identify target markets, and determine the most effective marketing and advertising approaches for both retail and wholesale audiences.
Research competitor offerings, customer preferences, industry trends, and pricing strategies to inform marketing plans.
Develop and implement creative marketing and advertising campaigns for online, offline, and in-person channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate production of promotional content including vehicle photos, videos, social media posts, and website materials.
Manage company social media accounts, monitor online reviews, and respond to customer feedback to enhance brand reputation.
Organize and promote showroom events, vehicle showcases, trade shows, and other marketing activities to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Prepare press releases, newsletters, promotional brochures, and other communication materials to highlight company initiatives, inventory updates, and special offers.
Maintain relationships with media outlets, online advertising platforms, and industry networks to maximize exposure.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, compile feedback, and provide insights for service improvement.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Support the development of public relations strategies to increase brand awareness among key audiences, including customers, partners, and the general public.
Ensure all promotional content and materials consistently reflect company branding and messaging.
Assist colleagues in maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in marketing or public relations, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
