Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate marketing surveys, collect and analyze marketing data to discover travel trends, customer demand and preferences
- Based on the trending public preference, organize and co-ordinate marketing campaigns and publicity events
- Identify and compare marketing strategies and sales plans of other competitors
- Assist to modify and provide suggestions to the current marketing strategies of the company
- Assist in preparation of promotional and marketing materials related to travel packages, including brochures, posters, newsletters; arrange appropriate distribution to potential and current customers
- Help to develop and manage company’s website; design travel contents and information on the website
- Manage company’s social media platforms; develop creative contents of travel packages for marketing purposes in different social media channels
- In charge of incoming visits from partnering agents, answer marketing related questions
- Other marketing related duties assigned by upper management
