Marketing Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our growing international operations. The successful candidate will coordinate marketing activities, conduct market research, and contribute to the development of brand awareness across global markets.

Work location: 253–2680 Shell Road, Richmond, B.C., Canada V6X 4C9

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze ASLCHEM’s diverse product and service offerings to identify marketing and promotional needs across international markets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities; assist in developing marketing, advertising, communication and promotional strategies aligned with business goals in chemical trade, logistics, and international operations.
Design, develop, and execute integrated digital and direct marketing campaigns, including search engine promotion, and trade publication placements.
Track and evaluate campaign performance through key marketing metrics, generating actionable reports and recommendations.
Coordinate and implement public relations initiatives to communicate corporate updates, product launches, and global partnerships to clients and stakeholders.
Draft marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, press releases, website content, and corporate communication kits.
Coordinate and support international trade shows, product webinars, virtual info sessions, and customer appreciation events.
Liaise with media outlets and industry partners to arrange editorial content, and promotional opportunities.
Serve as the marketing liaison across global offices, ensuring brand consistency and cultural alignment in all external-facing content.
Assist leadership with internal communications and stakeholder engagement across all regions.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in international trade, logistics, or chemical industries
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, public relations, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different cultural and professional audiences
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
Knowledge of international business practices and global marketing trends is an asset
Experience with trade shows, webinar organization, and public relations campaigns
Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and digital advertising best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Creative mindset with attention to detail in branding and content development
