Job Description:
Currently, we are looking for a marketing coordinator to join our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 8833 Odlin Crescent, Unit 135, Richmond, British Columbia V6X 3Z7.
The wage will be $37.00 per hour with 30 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 40 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.
Job Description:
• Evaluate LWL’s programs and determine the most effective ways to promote them to customers in the local market.
• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including parent information sessions that directly engage families.
• Develop and distribute printed materials such as flyers and brochures through family-focused community venues.
• Organize in-person events such as academic workshops to showcase program quality and student achievements.
• Conduct parent surveys and gather informal feedback to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
• Prepare internal and external communication materials, including reports, marketing briefs, and event summaries.
• Maintain and regularly update the website and social media platforms with content relevant to customer’s needs.
• Support targeted email campaigns to prospective and current families, and monitor engagement to enhance future campaign performance.

• Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Solid understanding of key digital platforms (e.g., YouTube and Instagram),
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and collaborating across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
