Hourly wage: $31.25 for 40 hours a week (Overtime as per BC labour laws)
Minimum Education: A University Degree/ College Diploma
Requirements:
• Completion of a university degree or a college diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong social media platform knowledge and skills
• Passionate about work, creative, self-motivated, organised, flexible, and able to endure hardships/pressure
Job Duties:
• Evaluate characteristics of the company’s products or services to be promoted
• Provide direction on marketing or sales promotion strategies
• Maintain the social media presence of our company by creating social media posts, stories, and reels for all company channels
• Develop and execute appropriate advertising campaigns for print or media
• Responsible for the company's copyright, creation, and preparation of marketing and advertising content
• Create and coordinate information sessions for current and potential clients
• Plan and coordinate marketing events such as business meetings and other events
• Research and evaluate competitors in terms of market share, service offering, strategies, and advertising
• Conduct basic research and analysis to ensure the alignment of the company’s marketing goals
• Liaise with prospective clients and other businesses to build strategic relationships and partnerships
• Collect and analyse customer feedback of customers.
