Marketing Coordinator (NOC 11202) Job

• Assess characteristics of RPS’s products and services, identify marketing and advertising needs, and provide advice on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities and strategies, in support of sales initiatives.
• Conduct comparative research, develop and implement strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Manage post-campaign analysis to assess KPIs, identify end-user patterns and make recommendations to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in preparation of marketing brochures, online materials, email newsletters, and reports.
• Assist with event coordination and attendance including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Act as spokesperson for RPS and answer written and oral inquiries.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a discipline related to marketing.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in marketing is required. Experience in the automobile industry, heavy machinery industry, machinery parts, or auto parts is an asset.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Team worker and team leader.
