Mercury Immigration Consultancy Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Marketing Coordinator (NOC: 11202) at our location in Brampton, Ontario.
As a Marketing Coordinator (NOC: 11202), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess the characteristics of products or services and determine marketing and advertising needs of the establishment.
• Provide clients with expert advice on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities, as well as strategies to achieve their goals.
• Develop and execute direct and digital marketing campaigns, including creating relevant content and overseeing their implementation.
• Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics, allowing for data-driven insights and future campaign optimization.
• Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, testimonials, and engagement to enhance online presence.
• Create and implement public relations strategies and programs to effectively communicate initiatives, policies, and messages to target audiences.
• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gain insights into the interests and concerns of key stakeholder groups.
• Prepare a variety of communication materials, such as reports, briefs, speeches, press releases, and website content.
• Plan and organize events, workshops, and meetings for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
• Coordinate media events and act as a spokesperson for the organization, handling inquiries and representing its interests.
• Coordinate special publicity events and promotions targeting both internal and external audiences.
• Assist in the creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Represent and act as an agent for talented individuals or individuals with specific occupational expertise, negotiating contracts and managing their interests.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of contracts related to sports, literary, performance, or other talent-related engagements.
Qualifications:
• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in senior clerical or executive secretarial positions related to office administration is required.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35-40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $33.00/hour
