Job duties
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities to promote nail services, service packages, memberships, and retail beauty products.
Manage and update social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create and coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
Work closely with salon management to align marketing strategies with sales goals and business objectives.
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including online advertisements, local listings, and customer promotions.
Assist in developing marketing content such as posts, flyers, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
Track and analyze marketing performance, customer response, and campaign results; prepare basic marketing and sales reports.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing planning.

Job requirements
Completion of a college school education is required.
Working experience in marketing, social media management, and retail promotion environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and local business promotion strategies.
Ability to create engaging marketing content and coordinate promotional activities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and reporting is an asset.
Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours when required for promotions or special events.
