Responsibilities:
Tasks:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s immigration and refugee legal services.
Evaluate communication programs to ensure consistent branding and effective client engagement across multiple platforms.
Create educational and promotional materials to inform the public about immigration processes, refugee support services, and the firm’s expertise.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO optimization, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends in immigration law, and opportunities for community outreach.
Prepare marketing reports, client outreach summaries, and analytical assessments of campaign performance.
Plan and oversee webinars, workshops, and information sessions on immigration and settlement topics.
Liaise with lawyers, consultants, and administrative staff to ensure accurate and compliant communication with clients and the public.
Manage the firm’s digital databases, contact lists, and marketing analytics tools.
Respond to client and public inquiries regarding firm services, upcoming events, and immigration-related information.
Collaborate with community organizations and settlement agencies to expand outreach and partnership initiatives.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and client guides.
Support business development initiatives and assist in implementing the firm’s strategic growth plans.
Provide ongoing consultation to the management team on branding, advertising, and digital engagement strategies.
Represent the firm at public events, conferences, and immigration information sessions to enhance visibility and reputation.
