Job Duties:
- Plan, develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote Metgen's blockchain development, crypto consulting, token development, payment gateway and surveillance service lines
- Advise senior management on advertising, branding and sales promotion strategies tailored to fintech, crypto and B2B technology audiences
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate advertising and marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, crypto-focused publications, SEO and email)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on cryptocurrency, payment gateway and security/surveillance markets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop website copy, sales collateral, case studies, white papers and product one-pagers for the company's blockchain, token and payment gateway offerings
- Coordinate trade shows, fintech events, webinars and product launches; liaise with external designers, agencies and printers
- Track campaign performance through analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations to leadership
- Manage and grow social media presence and produce content explaining cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital payment topics for non-technical audiences
- Oversee the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints

Job Requirement
A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.
Practitioners in public relations may require an APR (Accredited in Public Relations) designation.
