Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives across all divisions of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, local promotions, and customer engagement strategies suited for retail and service-based operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services, including in-store promotions, service offerings, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create, update, and manage marketing content for digital platforms such as the company website, Google Business profile, and social media channels.
• Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, email campaigns, and in-store promotional signage.
• Conduct basic market research and review customer feedback to identify trends, improve promotions, and support sales growth.
• Liaise with suppliers, local partners, and vendors to support joint promotions and community-based marketing initiatives.
• Monitor online presence and customer reviews, respond to inquiries where appropriate, and support positive brand visibility.
• Track marketing activities, analyze campaign performance, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with managing marketing budgets and ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable advertising standards.
Qualifications
• College diploma
• 2 years in a similar field
