Job Position:
Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we are currently looking to hire a hard-working and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Job Duties:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Cloud IT services and increase brand awareness.
• Manage digital content across social media, email, and the company website.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain communications with partners and referral sources as part of outreach marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Create client-focused materials, including brochures and newsletters.
• Support outreach activities and promotional events.
• Update website content and manage online reviews.
• Coordinate with external vendors to produce marketing materials aligned with campaign strategies.
• Align marketing activities with company goals and applicable industry standards.
Employment Requirements:
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related filed is an asset
• 2 + years of experience in Marketing, including direct experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of the English language – both written and oral
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
Conditions of Employment:
• Full-time, permanent position consisting of 30 weekly work hours
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$37.50 per hour
• Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate
• Work Location: 7250 Keele Street, Unit #414, Concord, ON L4K 1H2
