Marketing Coordinator Job

Mattali Drywall Inc is looking for a marketing coordinator who can start immediately. Our offices are located at 2339 2nd Avenue NW, Calgary T2N 0H3.

Wages: $38.50 per hour for 35 hours per week

Benefits: as per Alberta standards

Terms of Employment: Full time permanent position

Applicants with part time availability
to cover full time shift are encouraged to apply

The offices are open 8.00 to 6.00 and by appointment in evenings and weekends.

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, and Flexible hours

Job requirements: Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job duties:

Duties will include:-

• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
• Answer written and oral inquiries;
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material;
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions;
• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys;
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs;
• Gather, research and prepare communications material;
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media;
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases

Other knowledge/ skills: Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Electronic mail, Google docs, MS Windows
