Job Description:
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital offline) to drive qualified leads for new and pre-owned vehicles, service, and parts.
Coordinate paid media (Google Ads/GA4, Meta Ads), SEO/SEM, website content updates, landing pages, and inventory merchandising to improve lead quality and conversion.
Maintain the dealership’s social media calendar, create posts/short-form videos, and coordinate community engagement and influencer/partner collaborations.
Develop promotional materials (e-DMs, flyers, POS, in-store signage); liaise with vendors, agencies, and media to ensure on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Track, analyze, and report KPIs (impressions, CTR, CPL, CPLV, ROAS, appointment-show rate, sales conversion); generate weekly/monthly dashboards and insights.
Manage campaign budgets, co-op submissions, and OEM program compliance; ensure claims and proofs meet manufacturer and dealer group requirements.
Coordinate launch events, test-drive activations, seasonal promotions, and community sponsorships; handle logistics, registration, and post-event follow-up.
Work closely with Sales, F&I, and Service teams to align offers, creative, and messaging; implement CRM workflows for lead nurturing and remarketing.
Ensure all advertising complies with applicable provincial motor-vehicle advertising rules (e.g., OMVIC guidelines) and privacy/anti-spam regulations.
Conduct market research and competitor monitoring (pricing, incentives, model launches); recommend campaign adjustments based on data and field feedback.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of full-time, paid experience in marketing/advertising/communications AND demonstrable experience in the automotive sector (e.g., dealership, OEM, or aftermarket).
Post-secondary education (College diploma or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
