Role Summary:
As the Marketing & Business Coordinator, you will be assisting a Construction Management team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by managing their activities, client relationships, and optimizing financial performance while ensuring compliance with Formstructures and industry standards and client requirements.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain Marketing Plans that govern project financial, contractual, and risk-mitigating strategies for ongoing and future projects.

Duties:
• Leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies, plans and processes to maximize project and corporate success in alignment with industry standards
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive plans to govern project financial, contractual, and risk strategies with integrated commercial processes across all project phases
• Conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
• Conducting analytical marketing studies
• Reviewing and evaluating commercial or industrial development proposals
• Developing portfolio of marketing materials and conducting research to identify trends to optimize marketing strategies
• Evaluating customer service and store environments
• Designing, conducting and analyzing quantitative and qualitive research projects
• Developing feasibility studies and preparing reports, articles and survey research papers
• Preparing funding applications
• Developing marketing strategies
• Ensuring appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place
• Delivering presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
• Developing and implementing business plans and providing consultations on planning and starting new businesses
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, public relations, business administration or a related field is required
• 5+ years of experience in a Business/Marketing management role
• Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Performance Metrics
• Familiarity with the technical aspects, phasing, and Work & Cost Breakdown Structures (WBS & CBS) of projects to evaluate scope, quality, project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), schedule, costs, and profitability
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting
