Marketing Associate Job

Promote LooksNear’s digital marketing, business growth, and online presence solutions to local businesses across Canada.
Identify and connect with potential business clients through cold calling, email, social media, networking, and in-person outreach.
Understand each business’s marketing needs and recommend the most suitable LooksNear package.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain package features, benefits, pricing, and ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects regularly and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and client information.
Coordinate with the LooksNear support and marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Collect customer feedback and communicate client requirements to the internal team.
Stay updated with local business trends, digital marketing opportunities, and competitor offerings in the Canadian market.
Participate in promotional campaigns, networking activities, business events, and local marketing initiatives.
Represent LooksNear professionally and build awareness of the brand among Canadian businesses.
Work independently while providing regular sales and performance reports to the management team.
Preferred Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Sales or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, presentations, and follow-ups.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, websites, or online business promotion.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
Experience selling B2B services is a plus.
Canadian market/business sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
