Job duties:
• Manage and update company social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness.
• Create engaging visual and written content (short videos, photos, graphics) highlighting our 3D scanning tech and custom footwear.
• Assist in planning and executing local community events, offline promotions, and online marketing campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media and engage with our online community.
• Track basic marketing performance metrics and collect customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Skills requirements:
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent social media experience).
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Creative, tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to learn.
