• Completion of Secondary School
• Completion of a college diploma, certificate, or degree in marketing, business, commerce, communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Strong client-focus and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
• Assess and refine communication strategies and marketing programs to enhance client engagement.
• Prepare a variety of written materials, including reports, briefs, website content, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional content.
• Communicate the company’s marketing promotions and special offers to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support online marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and website promotions.
• Collaborate with clients post-sale to offer ongoing support and information.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the company’s goals.
