JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Assistant at Mary Brown's Chicken will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities involving market outreach. They will produce promotional materials for both online and offline use to engage with existing clients and attract new ones.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full-Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $36/Hour

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Marketing Assistant at Mary Brown's Chicken will include but are not limited to:
• Evaluate marketing needs by analyzing menu items, seasonal offerings, and special services to identify the restaurant franchise’s marketing and advertising needs.
• Assist the franchise in identifying promotional and advertising strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Help develop engaging content for direct and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Track and measure the success of campaigns by analyzing post-campaign metrics and preparing reports for management.
• Maintain the franchise's social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and managing customer reviews and feedback.
• Conduct basic surveys or collect feedback to understand customer preferences, gathering insights to refine marketing efforts.
• Assist in creating brochures, flyers, presentations, online content, and press releases to promote the franchise's brand and values.
• Help plan and organize local events, promotions, and community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Arrange interviews, news conferences and other media events.
• Coordinate and promote special events, new menu launches, and seasonal promotions to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Support brand ambassadors or collaborate with influencers to promote the restaurant franchise’s offerings.
• Help identify and organize sponsorships, partnerships, or community events to strengthen local ties and increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and help develop materials for franchise conferences.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor's degree in business marketing or a field related to the position is required.
• One month to less than 7 months of experience is required within the marketing position.
